Job description

• Resolve client complaints: Investigate problems, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Answer service inquiries: Provide precise details about company products, pricing, and policies.
• Process system transactions: Manage product orders, returns, exchanges, and billing issues.
• Maintain digital records: Log accurate details of customer interactions, feedback, and account updates.
• Cross-collaborate with teams: Partner with others department to resolve complex cases
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written)
• Conversant in other local dialects preferred and would be added advantage
• Computer literate (Microsoft office)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to start immediately
