Role Summary

Responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Human Resources (HR) team to ensuresmooth execution of HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate employeerecords, preparing HR documentation, and coordinating internal communication under the guidance of the HR team based in Singapore.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment & selection process.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with HR documentations and coordination for onboarding and offboarding.
• Review existing HR workflows and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
• Assist with simple automation projects, such as improving Excel trackers, using Power Automate for routine notifications, or building basic reports and dashboards.
• Preparation of Group HR reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Administer and be resourceful/creative in HR projects, e.g.CSR initiatives, Legrand Group wide activities, Employee Wellness Program, etc.

Role Requirements

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Able to commit to an internship of at least six months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with process automation or an interest in learning tools such as Power Automate, Power Query or Power BI. Experience building a simple workflow, tracker or dashboard would be an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working both independently and with a team.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
