This position is responsible for planning and executing market research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decisions in real estate investments and development. Day-to-day tasks include designing research frameworks and questionnaires, conducting primary and secondary research, preparing presentations, and delivering insights to internal stakeholders and clients. The Senior Research Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and presents clear, actionable recommendations to support business objectives. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments relevant to the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of primary and secondary research methods
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SPSS/BI tools are an advantage
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in real estate research is preferred

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
