Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement process from data entry, purchase requisition, purchase order issuance and delivery coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels and track machinery spare parts deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and purchasing documentation.
• Assist in preparing and tracking claims and expenses to maintain accurate records.
• Review supplier invoices and verify details against purchase orders and delivery documents before submitting them to the accounts department.
• Coordinate with the machinery, workshop, and accounts departments on procurement matters.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Machinery and Workshop.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement; experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
