About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to support property sales activities, engage prospective buyers and guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls and social media.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and support them throughout the sales process.
• Monitor sales transactions through SPA signing and bank approval.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Maintain and upkeep of show units and sales galleries.
• Create and promote products through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and create marketing content using Canva and AI tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in property sales or a related sales role is required.
• Good understanding of property products and communication on sales process flow.
• Familiarity with property documentation and financing procedures is an advantage.
• Good selling skills, both offline and online.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
