Support end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee records, and exit management.
Coordinate training program, manage the Training Master Plan, and handle HRD Corp (HRDF) grants, claims, and compliance.
Execute performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
Organize induction, leadership, technical, and soft skills training program.
Coordinate employee welfare program, engagement activities, internship program, and company quarters administration.
Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and support HRA activities.
Coordinate and support internal and external HR audits by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance and implementing corrective actions where required.
Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate documentation, and perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Assist in payroll-related documentation, employee benefits, statutory matters (EPF, PERKESO, EIS), and HR records administration.
Assist in employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by Management.
Qualification & Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experiences.
Good knowledge of Employment Act and Malaysian labour regulations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
