JOB DESCRIPTIONS

(Duties and Responsibilities / Key Result Areas)

1. To carry out other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

2. Provide support to end users on software, hardware and network issues.

3. Liaise with vendors or developers for escalated issues and enhancements.

4. Support deployment and maintenance of applications and updates.

5. Document system configurations, procedures and incident resolutions.

6. Provide basic training or system usage guidance to users.

7. Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases (manual and/or automated).

8. Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing on applications and system.

9. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and usability.

10. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

JOB REQUIRMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS

(Academic Achievements, Work Exposures, Skills Required, Personal Characters)

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.

2. 1 – years if experience in system support, QA or a similar role.

3. Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail).

4. Working knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and common enterprise systems.

5. Basic SQL knowledge and ability to work with database is a plus.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Good communication and interpersonal ability.

8. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

9. Customer service-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
