Responsibilities

Content Production

• Edit short-form product videos, social reels, and basic long-form clips that match briefings and brand tone.
• Create clean cuts, add music and captions, and export platform-ready files for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce pages.
• Apply basic colour corrections and audio balancing to improve viewer retention.

Creative & Post-Production

• Assemble motion graphics templates and overlays for product highlights and calls to action.
• Prepare A/B variants of videos to support campaign testing and performance tracking.
• Maintain an organised project library with labelled source files and version control for easy handover.
• Work with creators to refine rough cuts and ensure brand alignment.

Collaboration & Operations

• Partner with marketing and product teams to understand campaign goals and delivery timelines.
• Receive feedback and iterate quickly to meet launch dates and performance objectives.
• Track asset status and communicate progress in daily standups or project tools.
• Suggest small process improvements to speed up review cycles and reduce rework.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 0 years of professional experience acceptable; suitable for fresh graduates or early-career editors with a portfolio.
• Certificate or diploma in film, media, communications, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Previous internship or coursework demonstrating basic editing projects or campaign pieces.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with non-linear editors such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Familiarity with After Effects or motion graphics basics for title and overlay work.
• Basic colour grading, audio cleanup, and export settings for social platforms.
• Understanding of platform formats, aspect ratios, and captioning best practices.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong creativity and an eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Good communication and openness to feedback, with a collaborative mindset.
• Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise multiple quick-turn tasks.
