You will be responsible for independently executing and completing a range of industrial automation, control system, and digitalization projects, as well as providing after-sales support. At this level, we expect you to have strong technical and problem-solving skills, be resourceful, and report project status to the Project Manager on a timely basis.

1. Study project specifications to understand customer requirements.

2. Liaise with customers, vendors, and principals to address technical and commercial issues.

3. Maintain project schedules by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.

4. Procure project materials, equipment, and arrange the required manpower in a timely manner.

5. Control project costs to minimize non-conformance costs.

6. Develop engineering and software designs based on project specifications and prepare all associated documentation.

7. Perform in-house testing and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

8. Carry Out Site deployment and installation, and system testing and commissioning.

9. Perform on-site troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs of systems, equipment, and installations.

10. Other duties as assigned from time to time
    

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or other relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in a similar environment.

• Proficient in PLCs, SCADA/HMI, DCS, industrial networks and control system design.

• Proven experience with industrial digitalization projects, including IIoT platforms, MES, data historians, data management applications (i.e. MDM, LIMS, etc.) , IT/OT cybersecurity, and cloud-based analytics and solutions.

• Familiarity with C++, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and experience in project management will be an added advantage.

• Hands-on experience throughout the end-to-end project management cycle.

• Willingness to learn new knowledge and the ability to acquire new skills as needed

• Demonstrates the ability to resolve issues efficiently, with strong problem-solving skills that include anticipating, identifying, and addressing challenges independently.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and willing to work outside normal hours when required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for meeting and reports writing.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (onshore and offshore).

• Valid driving license.
