Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Account Executive who is capable of handling the full set of accounts. The candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in accounting and be familiar with Malaysian financial regulations. This role also includes performing various ad-hoc tasks as required by the management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, monthly and yearly closing reports.
• Ensure all accounting transactions comply with relevant laws and company policies.
• Prepare and submit SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory payments.
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all financial records.
• Assist in payroll-related accounting tasks (if required).
• Perform ad-hoc assignments or tasks as directed by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian financial, tax, and statutory requirements.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
