Job Vacancy: Audit Associate

Location: A51 Tingkat 1, 19, Jalan IM 3, Bandar Indera Mahkota, 25200 Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: RM2,200.00-RM2,700.00

Role Overview

We are seeking an Audit Associate to support and execute audit engagements for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates with solid junior audit experience who are ready to take the next step in their audit career within a professional and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and completing audit engagements
• Perform audit fieldwork, testing, and documentation in accordance with auditing standards
• Prepare audit working papers and draft audit reports
• Liaise with clients to obtain audit evidence and resolve audit queries
• Ensure audit assignments meet quality standards and deadlines
• Guide and support junior audit associates during engagements
• Handle multiple assignments and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of experience
• Prior experience in an audit firm is required
• Knowledge of Malaysian auditing standards and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Good time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible, professional, and committed to continuous improvement
