Job Overview
We are looking for a KYC Analyst to support customer onboarding and account review activities within a fintech and digital payments environment. The role involves reviewing customer information, verifying documentation, maintaining accurate records, and working with internal teams to support smooth and consistent operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer information and supporting documents as part of onboarding and account review processes.
• Verify information against internal records and available business documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information and coordinate follow-up with relevant teams.
• Support periodic customer reviews and account information updates.
• Assist with internal checks and documentation requirements in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain clear records of review outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and other internal teams when required.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries related to onboarding and review activities.
• Contribute to improvements in documentation and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in KYC, customer onboarding, financial operations, compliance support, or fintech is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with structured information.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and internal business systems.
• Able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and appropriate turnaround times.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
