Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support the growth of our recruitment and HR services. The role involves developing business relationships, understanding client hiring needs, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to support suitable hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with corporate clients.
• Understand clients’ recruitment requirements and provide appropriate service support.
• Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities through professional communication and market research.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and internal teams on client requirements and hiring progress.
• Prepare service proposals, business presentations, and client-related documents when required.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, business activities, and follow-up schedules.
• Conduct basic market research to identify hiring trends and potential business opportunities.
• Assist with client meetings, follow-ups, and account coordination.
• Monitor ongoing assignments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the team in maintaining positive and professional client relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in business development, recruitment, HR services, customer service, or account coordination is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and working with different internal teams.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business communication tools.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
