Job description:
Key Responsibilities (JD):
- Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and prices for cost optimization.
- Procurement Operations: Actively monitor, plan, and issue purchase orders (POs) for raw materials, services, or products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with transporters and forwarders for timely delivery of goods, ensuring adherence to shipping schedules.
- Documentation: Match invoices with POs, verify delivery documents, and coordinate with the accounts department for payment.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and material costs to identify opportunities for reducing procurement costs.
- Stock Planning: Analyze slow-moving items and support inventory clearance to minimize waste
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Generally 1–3+ years in purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing environments. Finance knowledge will be advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with a high level of integrity.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping documents, Incoterms, and inventory management practices (e.g., FIFO)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
