IT Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and sourcing qualified candidates for IT and non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and priorities.
• Maintain positive relationships and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
