The Role
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Engaging with external vendors to determine the best project delivery methods and timelines
• Assessing vendor deliverables against agreed quality standards and project scope
• Coordinating testing, integration, and system go-live activities across operations and IT teams
• Monitoring system performance and providing round-the-clock support to maintain stability
• Delivering hands-on training to operations staff on newly implemented digital systems
• Supporting senior leadership in driving overall project execution

What We're Looking For
