Community, Distribution & On-Camera Host — HUNTR GAMES

YOU’RE NOT JUST MANAGING THE COMMUNITY. YOU’RE PART OF IT.

HUNTR GAMES is looking for a Community, Distribution & On-Camera Host to help us grow HUNTR into a sports media and community brand.

This is not a traditional Community Manager role.

You won’t spend your entire day behind a laptop replying to comments.

You’ll be out meeting people, finding stories, building relationships, helping our content travel further and potentially becoming one of the recognisable faces of HUNTR Media.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Engage with the HUNTR community online and offline
• Build relationships with athletes, gyms, creators and fitness communities
• Discover interesting people, stories, rivalries and personalities
• Turn comments and audience conversations into content ideas
• Help distribute HUNTR content through collaborations and communities
• Coordinate creator, athlete and gym collaborations
• Find and repurpose strong UGC
• Interview athletes and participants
• Host HUNTR shows, challenges and event coverage
• Appear in social content, livestreams and spontaneous videos
• Bring real community insights back to the content team

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Confident and comfortable approaching strangers
• Naturally engaging on camera
• Quick-thinking and good at improvising
• Curious and a strong listener
• Socially intelligent and likeable
• Comfortable interviewing athletes and everyday participants
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and social culture
• Comfortable in gyms, sporting environments and live events
• Able to spot a good story when everyone else sees “just another person”

Experience in broadcasting, journalism, hosting, presenting, radio, content creation or sports media is a strong advantage.

Formal qualifications are welcome, but natural ability matters more.

This role goes far beyond scheduling posts and replying to comments.
