JOB VACANCY | SENIOR MICROSOFT FIELD SERVICES / INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: Up to RM9,000

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Field Services / Infrastructure Lead to lead enterprise IT deployment and onsite support operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate onsite Field Services Engineers for enterprise IT operations
• Plan engineer deployment, resource allocation and site assignments
• Manage desktop/laptop deployment, refresh and rollout projects
• Coordinate onsite installation, troubleshooting and technical support activities
• Handle escalations and ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLA
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams, vendors and clients for technical resolution
• Monitor deployment progress, engineer performance and service delivery
• Support branch/site IT operations and enterprise infrastructure environments
• Prepare operational reports, deployment updates and service performance reports
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, security and client processes

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates with hands-on experience in several of the following:

• Active Directory / Group Policy
• Windows Server
• Microsoft 365 / Exchange
• SCCM / MECM
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
• Windows desktop/laptop deployment & imaging
• Microsoft infrastructure migration / deployment
• ITSM / ServiceNow
• Enterprise desktop & infrastructure support

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong System Integrator (SI) / IT Services background
• Experience managing
• Field Services / Onsite Engineers
• Experience in resource planning and engineer dispatching
• Experience leading enterprise deployment / refresh projects
• Experience supporting multiple branches/sites is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and escalation management skills
• Good understanding of SLA, KPI and ITIL processesStrong communication and leadership skills
