Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Clerk to provide general administrative and clerical support to our office team. The successful candidate will assist with document management, data entry, filing, correspondence, record keeping, and day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Enter, update and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets and registers.
- Prepare, organise, scan, print and file documents as required.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence and telephone enquiries.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, forms and other administrative documents.
- Maintain employee, supplier, contractor and project documentation.
- Assist with tracking work orders, invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents where required.
- Coordinate documents and information between internal staff, contractors, suppliers and clients.
- Monitor outstanding paperwork and follow up where necessary.
- Maintain office records and ensure documents are stored correctly and confidentially.
- Assist with meeting preparation, scheduling and general office coordination.
- Support management and other team members with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure all administrative work is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration, clerical or office support role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good data-entry and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with document control or project administration.
- Experience working with construction, maintenance, property or service-based businesses would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, cloud-based filing systems or work-order management systems would be beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing, purchase orders and contractor documentation would be an advantage.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
