About The Job
As a Sales Manager, you will drive business growth across Asia by identifying new market opportunities and building strong client partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding our regional brand footprint for specialized technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across key regional markets in Asia.
- Manage client relationships through face-to-face meetings, calls, and industry trade shows.
- Present technical solutions and tailored product offerings to key industrial accounts.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage project pipelines, and track business opportunities.
- Travel frequently across the region to meet clients and support local market expansion.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of sales experience within the semiconductor or electronic manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of managing technical sales and building client accounts.
- Strong business planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
- High mobility with full willingness to travel internationally up to two weeks per month.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Melaka for daily onsite office reporting.
