Executive, Application Development & Support

Job Purpose:

• To support daily IT application operations, provide user support for business applications, assist in system maintenance activities, and support development and enhancement initiatives to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Accountabilities:

1) Application Support

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for ERP and other in-house systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate as required.

2) System Development & Enhancement

• Assist in development of new modules, reports, and system enhancements.
• Support testing and validation activities.

3) Integration & Data Management

• Assist in integration tasks between D365 and other systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migrations or updates.

4) Process & Documentation Support

• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base.
• Follow standard processes and IT policies.

Job Requirement:

1. Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

2. Years of Experience

• At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in relevant experience
• Additional certification : ITIL or related certification (preferred)

3. Functional/Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Basic ERP System Knowledge (D365 preferred)
• System Development & Scripting (PHP, HTML & CSS)
• Helpdesk / Ticketing Support
• Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Database Management (MySQL)
• Process Documentation & Compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
