• Coordinate & supervise daily parking operations.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Handle permit applications, proposals, tender & liaise with local authorities or parking site owners regarding operational matters.
• Ensure all parking sites are maintained in good condition & operate smoothly.
• Attend to customer enquiries & ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: Diploma.

2. Experience with parking operations management, customer service, & dealing with local authorities.

3. Good communication & coordination skills.
