Job summary:
Owns the day-to-day stability, performance and continuous improvement of Malaysia Healthcare (MYHEC) Digital Platforms. Responsible for troubleshooting, issue resolution, UAT, enhancement management and stakeholder coordination to ensure platforms deliver business value and a seamless user experience. Acts as the key liaison between business stakeholders and CSSC for platform-related initiatives and operational support.

About the job:
Manage day-to-day operations and performance of MYHEC digital platforms.
Lead troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis and issue resolution with CSSC and business stakeholders.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, bug fixes and new functionalities.
Gather, analyse and document business requirements for platform enhancements and process improvements.
Manage enhancement requests from initiation through implementation and post-launch review.
Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and CSSC to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Maintain platform documentation, issue logs and enhancement registers.
Undertake any other assignment by the management from time to time.

Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Business, or related disciplines.
5–8 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, business analysis, system support, project coordination or related functions.
Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience performing root cause analysis and issue management.
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience coordinating with technical teams or external vendors.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Experience managing digital platforms, portals or e-commerce systems is an added advantage.
