We are looking for an Associate, Strategic Communications who is passionate about using communications to create meaningful social impact.You will support the development and execution of communication strategies, campaigns and content for Ratio:Cause and its client's and partner programmes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Campaigns
- Support the development of communication strategies, campaign concepts and communication plans.
- Conduct audience, issue and trend research to generate insights and opportunities.
- Translate complex social issues and programme objectives into clear, compelling narratives.
- Support integrated campaigns across digital, social, media, community and stakeholder channels.
2. Creative & Content
- Develop creative ideas, campaign narratives, key messages and content concepts.
- Write and develop press materials and campaign assets.
- Work with designers, videographers, creators and other partners to bring ideas to life.
- Stay informed on cultural, digital and social trends to identify new creative opportunities.
3. Communications
- Support media relations and campaign outreach.
- Coordinate communications activities before, during and after programmes and events.
- Work closely with programme teams to integrate communications into programme delivery.
- Support on-ground activations, community engagements and events where required.
4. Insights & Impact
- Monitor media, social conversations and public sentiment around relevant issues.
- Track communications and campaign performance.
- Support reporting, evaluation and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
