Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and internal communications, ensuring accuracy, tone, and brand consistency across every piece.
• Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X), using a content calendar to keep publishing consistent and on-brand.
• Track engagement metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate) and prepare simple weekly summaries to help the team see what is resonating with the audience.
• Support the creation of visual and multimedia content, including graphics, short-form video, and photo assets, in coordination with the design team.
• Monitor social media channels and brand mentions, flagging trends, audience feedback, and opportunities for timely engagement.
• Assist in researching industry trends, competitor content strategies, and emerging platform features to inform team recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and product) to gather information and ensure content is accurate and well-timed.
• Help organize and archive content assets, ensuring materials are properly labeled and easy for the team to retrieve.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
