• Assist with the inspection, maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment and facilities within residential properties
• Support senior technicians in performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of property infrastructure
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders, prioritising tasks according to urgency and client needs
• Document maintenance activities, repairs and inspections accurately and maintain detailed records
• Conduct routine checks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems under supervision
• Assist in identifying maintenance issues and potential problems before they escalate
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all health and safety regulations on site
• Support the coordination of contractors and external service providers as required
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of common areas and facilities

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or certificate in facilities management, mechanical engineering, electrical technology or a related field
• Strong foundational knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and residents
• Physical fitness and willingness to perform hands-on maintenance work
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use maintenance management software
• Valid driving licence is advantageous
• Commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop technical skills in facility management

Pay: RM800.00 - RM900.00 per month
