• Support internal and external audit requests by preparing required reports and supporting documents.
• Generate and extract reports from SAP for audit and compliance reviews.
• Compile and organize documentation from multiple systems for auditors and stakeholders.
• Analyze and validate data using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, etc.).
• Assist in conducting periodic internal control and compliance reviews.
• Support control testing and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with finance operation teams and auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance operations.
• Contribute to process improvement and continuous enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
