What You'll Do

• Assist with customer follow-ups via WhatsApp.
• Update customer information, orders, and records accurately.
• Learn how AI tools such as ChatGPT can improve customer communication and productivity.
• Assist with sales administration, documentation, and daily operations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure customer follow-ups are completed on time.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree student in Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
