Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for DF Automation & Robotics products.
• Perform installation, wiring, setup, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the Engineering or R&D team when required.
• Assist in integrating automation systems into customers’ existing setups based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspection, calibration, and servicing activities.
• Minimize system downtime by responding promptly to service calls.
• Prepare and submit service reports detailing issues, root causes, corrective actions, and recommendations.
• Support customers with basic operational guidance and ensure proper system usage.
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Execute assigned technical tasks in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, safety standards, and industry developments in automation and robotics.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, professionalism, and dedication to completing assigned tasks on time.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other company activities as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings; basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electro-mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with automation or robotics equipment, sensors, controllers, and communication interfaces; comfort working with tools and test equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team at customer sites.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site, travel to customer locations, and adapt to industrial environments while following safety practices.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, mechatronics, robotics, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior field service, maintenance, or installation experience in automation, robotics, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
