To received, inspect and record keeping of shipments with raw material or Medical products.

• Collaborating with procurement staff & CDS to list expected deliveries. Ensure the material are ship and received according to production planning.
• Manage and coordinate of activities related to warehouse, material movement and inventory. Ensure that the stock is sufficient for production usage.
• Coordinated with CDS, Customer, government agency & freight forwarded on shipment detail, requirement and ensure the shipment is without any delay. Prepared Quotation, Delivery Order (DO), Invoice (INV), & shipment document. Coordinated the pickup with customer/ freight agency. Ensure invoice are signed and inspects for satisfactory deliveries.
• Implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, WHO, and cGMP standards within the warehouse & procurement department.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management to support team objectives and business needs.

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Good physical condition.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have a great eye for details and basic math skillsCompetencies in data entry, independent, responsible, and possess a strong team spirit.
• Experience and well trained on handling and operating stacker forklift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
