About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels, including TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada. You will be responsible for daily e-commerce operations, product listings, promotions, campaigns, customer service and sales performance. You will also work closely with our team to develop online content and support the company's brand and digital marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate the company's TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada stores.

• Upload and maintain product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and promotions.

• Manage daily orders, customer enquiries, product reviews and after-sales service.

• Participate in platform campaigns, vouchers, flash sales and promotional activities.

• Monitor store performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates and other key metrics.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing and customer behavior.

• Develop ideas to improve product visibility, traffic, conversion and online sales.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop TikTok videos, product videos and other online promotional content.

• Assist in shooting simple product demonstration videos, short-form videos and social media content.

• Ensure all online stores comply with TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada platform rules and policies.

About you

• Experience in E-commerce / Online Store Operations is preferred.

• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.

• Good understanding of e-commerce platform rules, policies and seller requirements.

• Experience in product listing, online promotions and campaign management.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales analytics is an advantage.

• Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Excel.

• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

• Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
