About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for interior renovation and design & build projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and renovation works.

• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site deliveries.

• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.

• Monitor workmanship, site progress, materials, and safety.

• Identify and resolve site issues and construction clashes.

• Coordinate with designers, contractors, consultants, and clients.

• Conduct site inspections and provide regular progress updates.

• Manage rectification and handover works.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.

• Experience in interior renovation or construction is preferred.

• Able to read architectural and construction drawings.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple site activities and contractors.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
