Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and company culture fit
• Update and maintain candidate database
