Must be currently residing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. ABOUT OUR BRAND At Zodi hats, we are building an online e-commerce brand built entirely on Shopify. We are looking for exactly 1 motivated, tech-savvy student or fresh graduate based in Kuala Lumpur to join us on a freelance, as-needed basis. This role is perfect for gaining hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry with a highly flexible schedule that works around your studies. WHAT YOU’LL DO (Responsibilities) Shopify Management: customer inquiries via email or social media chat regarding shipping tracking, sizing, and returns. Mainly helping build and designing the store. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (Qualifications) Location: Base in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is mandatory. Experience: Familiarity navigating the Shopify platform (or similar online dashboards) is a huge plus, but we are happy to train the right tech-savvy person! Skills: Excellent communication skills, exceptional organization, and a reliable, self-starting mindset. Flexibility: Comfortable working on an "as-needed" basis depending on order volumes and store campaigns. WHAT WE OFFER Competitive freelance pay of RM 30.00 - RM 60.00 per hour.
