Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology or equivalent.

Job Responsibility:

• Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, tender documents and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, proposals and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to obtain information required for customer requirements and proposals.
• Maintain customer records, sales pipeline and prepare sales reports and updates.
• Assist in arranging customer meetings, product demonstrations and other sales and business development activities.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to communicate confidently with customers and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Experience in sales coordination, administration or customer service is an advantage; knowledge of IT/software products is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
