Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Arrange local and international shipments with freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping agents.
• Prepare and check shipping and logistics documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other relevant documents.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate import and export shipments and follow up on customs clearance.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments regarding shipment arrangements.
• Track logistics costs and maintain proper records of transportation and shipment expenses.
• Handle any delivery, shipment, or logistics issues and coordinate solutions promptly.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company procedures and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic logistics reports when required.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience in import/export and international shipping will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with shipping documents and logistics procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
