Job Description

We are looking for a Production Operator to join a packaging manufacturing company in Rawang, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate and maintain machinery used for cutting, gluing and printing carton boxes.
• Inspect finished cartons to ensure quality and identify defects.
• Perform basic cleaning and lubrication of production equipment.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures and company regulations.
• Support daily production activities and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Previous experience in carton, packaging or manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Location: Rawang, Selangor
• Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM
• Basic Salary: RM1,700
• Gross Salary: Up to RM2,000–RM3,000 depending on OT/allowances
• Benefits: Annual Leave, OT, Clinic Allowance & other standard benefits
• Annual Leave: 12 days
