Job Summary
Looking for a Cook/CDP/Sous Chef to work weekend dinner service at an Asian tapas bistro, handling various meats and desserts while contributing to a collaborative kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pork, beef, chicken, and lamb dishes to meet quality and presentation standards
Apply good knife skills to efficiently and safely handle ingredients during food preparation
Learn and prepare dessert items to support menu variety and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to share new dish ideas and improve kitchen offerings
Maintain a cooperative and supportive attitude to contribute positively to team dynamics
Work weekend dinner shifts consistently, adhering to scheduled off days
Follow hygiene and safety standards while wearing provided chef uniform and apron
