Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g., SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot etc.)
Implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements
Design and develop process automation using Power Apps and Power Automate
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services
Promote use of Microsoft 365 and provide support end users with Microsoft 365 tools
Consult and train users and business departments on how to effectively and efficiently use Microsoft 365 features to optimize business processes (Copilot, Teams, Power Automate,...)
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to optimize usage
Share knowledge within the IT department proactively through knowledge sharing and the creation of knowledge base articles
Manage, execute, or support IT projects when required
Support audits and certifications (TISAX, ISO27001, and others)
Define and enforce department operating policies, procedures, and budget
Adhere to corporate policies and procedures and legal requirements
Perform other duties, as assigned
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
3+ years’ experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, Microsoft 365 Engineer, or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot etc.
Basic knowledge of EntraID, M365 Security & Compliance and other basic IT Infrastructure services
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Very good communication skills both to close colleagues and internal customers
Strong initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks, projects and other responsibilities
Ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly to ensure smooth operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel a few times per year
Ability to work non-standard hours if needed
Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or combined equivalent in education and experience
Desirable: experience with Copilot Studio and developing and deploying Copilot Agents
Desirable: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
