Job Overview
We are looking for a Network Administrator to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of network infrastructure for internal and client environments. The role will work closely with technical and service teams to maintain reliable connectivity, troubleshoot network issues, and support ongoing infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, connectivity, and related IT services.
• Perform routine network administration, configuration, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and access-related issues.
• Support the installation and configuration of network equipment and related systems.
• Assist with network upgrades, infrastructure changes, and technology implementation projects.
• Respond to technical support requests and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
• Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.
• Perform regular system checks and assist with identifying potential service issues.
• Work with technical teams and service partners to support client requirements.
• Follow established procedures for change management, maintenance, and service operations.
• Assist with testing and deployment of new network solutions where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related discipline.
• Experience in network administration, infrastructure support, or a similar IT role.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, wireless networks, and common network technologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with technical teams.
• Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA or equivalent will be an advantage.
