• Higher Education Placement & Student Support
• Assist graduates in identifying suitable higher education institutions, programmes and progression pathways.
• Support graduates throughout the application, admission and enrollment process.
• Provide information on entry requirements, scholarships, application procedures and higher education opportunities.
• Follow up on applications, admissions and enrollment to ensure timely progression.
• University & College Coordination
• Liaise with universities, colleges and other higher education institutions on applications, admissions and student enquiries.
• Maintain updated records of institutional contacts, programmes, admission requirements and key information.
• Support the Higher Education Services Manager in maintaining relationships with existing and potential institutional partners.
• Partnership & Engagement Activities
• Assist in coordinating university talks, education fairs, institutional visits and other partnership activities.
• Coordinate logistics, communications and follow-ups with internal teams and institutional representatives.
• Support joint promotional and student engagement initiatives with partner institutions.
• Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of graduate applications, offers, admissions and enrolments.
• Monitor graduate progression and follow up on pending or outstanding cases.
• Prepare regular updates and reports on placement activities and outcomes.
• Internal Collaboration & Service Excellence
• Collaborate with academic, student affairs, career services, marketing and other relevant teams to support graduate progression.
• Ensure higher education opportunities and relevant updates are communicated to graduates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide timely and professional support to graduates, parents, institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Support other higher education initiatives and duties assigned by the Higher Education Services Manager.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
