1. On-Camera Content & Product Modelling

• Act as an on-camera talent/model for short-form videos, product showcases and e-commerce content.
• Present and demonstrate fashion products naturally through styling, try-ons, product features and lifestyle content.
• Deliver basic scripts, product talking points and creative concepts confidently on camera.
• Participate in different content formats, including product videos, fashion styling, trends, skits and promotional content.

2. Retail Social Media Content

• Participate in content creation for retail store social media channels across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Create engaging content that showcases store atmosphere, new arrivals, promotions, customer experiences and local store activities.
• Support content initiatives designed to increase store awareness, engagement and foot traffic.

3. TikTok E-commerce Content

• Produce short-form content to support TikTok Shop product discovery, engagement and sales conversion.
• Collaborate with the content team to test different hooks, presentation styles and content formats.
• Apply validated content frameworks and continuously improve on-camera delivery based on content performance.

4. Content Production Support

• Participate in video and photo shoots for products, campaigns, events and other marketing initiatives.
• Work with content creators, videographers and editors to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Assist with basic preparation of products, styling, shooting setup and content execution when required.
• Monitor basic content performance and provide feedback on audience response and content effectiveness.
• Support other creative and content-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma; candidates with relevant content, livestream or modelling experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Confident, expressive and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to engage audiences.
• Strong interest in fashion, social media and short-form video content.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content trends and formats.
• Strong sense of time management, punctuality and commitment to scheduled shoots, meetings and content deadlines.
• Responsible, energetic, adaptable and willing to work in a fast-paced content environment.
• Willing to travel between retail stores or shooting locations when required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
