Job Description

• Assist in the full procurement process, including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure procurement needs are met on time.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, food cost, and report any issues or inconsistencies.Maintain accurate procurement records, including orders, payments, PO, DML, contracts, and supplier information.
• Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies, budget requirements, and legal regulations.
• Support supplier evaluation, procurement reviews, audits, and market research.
• Handle procurement issues such as delivery delays, quality concerns, or order discrepancies.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Superior or HOD.

Requirements

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supplier coordination will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of procurement process, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and inventory management.Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors professionally.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and email communication.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
