About the role

Manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, leading production supervisors, leaders and operators while managing manpower, production capacity and shift arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets

• Lead production supervisors, leaders and operators

• Manage manpower, production capacity and shift arrangements

• Ensure output, quality, delivery and productivity KPIs are achieved

• Monitor OEE, downtime, cycle time, yield and production efficiency

• Coordinate with PE, ME, QA, TE, Planning and Warehouse

• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

• Resolve production bottlenecks and major manufacturing issues

• Ensure compliance with SOP, quality and safety requirements

• Develop and coach production teams

About you

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline

• 8+ years manufacturing experience, including supervisory/managerial experience

• Strong leadership, manpower planning and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KPI and continuous improvement

• Strong preference for EMS / Electronics / PCBA / SMT background
