HRX Motosport is an automotive service and workshop company dedicated to providing reliable, professional and quality automotive solutions to vehicle owners. We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to strengthen our automotive brand presence across social media platforms. The role will focus on creating educational, engaging and conversion-driven content that attracts vehicle owners, builds trust and generates enquiries for our automotive services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content ideas related to automotive servicing, maintenance, repairs and vehicle ownership.
• Plan and execute monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
• Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Shoot videos at the workshop, including vehicle servicing, repair processes, before-and-after content and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Create educational content that helps customers understand common vehicle problems and maintenance needs.
• Develop promotional content for service packages, campaigns, offers and workshops.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts and call-to-actions for social media content.
• Appear on camera or coordinate with mechanics/team members for video content when required.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or other relevant editing software.
• Create basic graphic content, posters, carousels and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media trends and identify content opportunities relevant to the automotive industry.
• Ensure content reflects the company's brand identity, tone and positioning.
• Collaborate with Customer Service/Sales and Workshop teams to create content based on customer questions and actual workshop cases.
• Monitor content performance including views, reach, engagement, enquiries and leads.
• Test different content hooks, formats and topics to improve performance.
• Respond or coordinate with the relevant team regarding comments and customer enquiries generated from content.
• Maintain an organised content library of photos, videos and creative assets.
• Support promotional campaigns, events and other marketing activities.
• Stay updated on automotive trends, social media trends and competitor content.
• Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness, customer trust and workshop enquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or related field.
• Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels or short-form video content.
• Automotive experience or strong interest in cars is an advantage.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or equivalent.
• Creative with strong storytelling and content ideation skills.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or working with team members as on-camera talent.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Able to create strong hooks and engaging short-form content.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Able to work independently and meet content deadlines.
• Willing to shoot content in an active workshop environment.
• Proactive, energetic and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
