Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining service, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Supervise and support the front-of-house team.
• Train and coach staff on service standards and procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and manage work schedules.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure register accuracy.
• Assist with inventory control and operational reports.
• Support restaurant promotions, events, and special campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passionate about food service and customer satisfaction

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
