Job Description

• Lead daily purchasing and vehicle inspection operations.
• Manage manpower scheduling and workload allocation.
• Monitor leads, inspections, TAT, SLA, and operational performance.
• Handle customer negotiation and drive vehicle purchase conversion.
• Manage post-bidding activities and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and transactions.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Support vehicle valuation and procurement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive procurement, sales management, purchasing, or branch operations.
• Strong team leadership and manpower planning skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends.
