Are you an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance?

Our client is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations across multiple regions, including Malaysia, Singapore, Europe, and the United States. This role will play a key part in strengthening internal controls, supporting financial strategy, and providing insights to improve overall business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA, CIMA, or MIA qualification is an added advantage.
• Internal audit license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Experience in an MNC environment is essential.
• Strong exposure to audit, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of regional compliance requirements across Malaysia, Singapore, Europe, and the United States.
• Understanding of company secretarial practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Open to all candidates; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Reporting

• Manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and cash management.
• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Draft audited financial statements and coordinate audit processes.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.

Cash Flow, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to Management.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations across Malaysia, Singapore, Europe, and the United States.
• Develop and improve accounting policies and internal controls.
• Handle taxation matters, including income tax and deferred tax computation.
• Support risk management and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

Audit & Governance

• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Provide guidance on internal audit and company secretarial matters.

Business Partnering

• Work closely with Management to support financial and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
