Qualifications

• Degree in any Engineering discipline, preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of work experience in any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills

• Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft software, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to use Canva and AI prompt tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and others to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and good presentation skills.
• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To conduct research to identify potential opportunities, markets and partners in order for the Company to properly position itself in the market.
• To assist the manager in developing growth strategies, focusing on financial gain and market positioning for the integration of new ventures but not limited to examining the risks and potentials as well as identifying partners' needs & goals.
• To assist the manager in screening and evaluating potential business needs.

This placement is for Hextar Kimia, Petaling Jaya Office.
