Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse & yard operations efficiently
• Lead and supervise operational teams
• Ensure safety standards and quality compliance
• Optimize processes for improved performance
• Handle inventory management and system accuracy
• Resolve operational issues proactively
• Maintain vendor and client relationships
• Prepare operational reports for management

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Warehouse and Yard operations.
• Leadership & Communication: Possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with vendors and clients.
• Proactive & Independent: A self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• IT Proficiency: Must be IT literate and highly proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office); experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Organizational Skills: A highly organized individual with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and pay strong attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
